You may request an exchange or a refund within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for exchanges or refunds, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the security seal fully intact. The Exchanges & Returns Form (download here) should be filled out entirely and sent with your return. This applies to all our stocked items.
Goods returned without the Exchanges & Returns form filled out, will not be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Pre-Order goods are all made to order. All sales of pre-ordered goods are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 5 working days, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us at email@example.com with your order number.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and discounted items cannot be refunded, only exchanged as per our T&C’s of business.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Returns incorrectly sent to our office address will be void. You will be responsible to send it to our warehouse in the instance that it was sent to our office address.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and advise that you send your returns tracked by the shipping/delivery company of your choice.
